There are cut-backs going on behind the scenes that not everyone are aware of, yes. I feel that you are on the uphill of those cut-backs, meaning there may be more to come. Perhaps while there still is a job, it would be best to seek out something else in part time employ so that you can go full time there if need be. I see the down hill slide of the changes of this cut-back starting to show within the next year.  |
