I think it is very sad, killing those animals, but if we ate beef that came from a diseased animal, we would die, or get very sick because of it.  |

I think it's so f----- stupid how they had to kill the animals. Who the f---- cares about the f----- mad cow disease. It's here to stay no matter what. There's no way to get rid of it. If I were there, I'd kill those slaughter people. No offence. If the Mad cow disease is still spreading after 100% of the animals are killed, I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED. I wonder what they'll do next...KILL THE PEOPLE?  |

It's because they are feeding the dead cows back to the cows and spreading the disease. There is a form among humans who practice cannibalism in their funeral rites.  |

It is very sad indeed, but the animals have to die in order to find a cure so that humans won't die from it. I dont think it is here to stay, necessarily, but I do think it will get worse before it gets better, and the scary thing is.. they have found what they think is Mad Cow disease right here in the USA too... ***Gail***  |
