HOW TO GET BACK AT MCI WORLDCOM!   Author:  6003  Category:(Discussion) Created:(3/28/2001 7:48:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (639 times) I had another problem with the idiots at MCIWORLDCOM. I have a separate phone line strictly for my computer, for which I have been paying Sprint for, since 1997. Two months in a row I got a bill from MCI for this line, they were trying to bill me for long distance service. The first time I called them and told them that it was strictly a computer line, and that I was NOT paying the bill. The next month I got yet another bill for the same thing. I was furious!! So, I scanned the bill, and sent it to the FCC, (FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION) along with an email explaining, from beginning to end, this and all of the other trouble I had with MCI. I then emailed MCI and told them that I did this, and that I hoped the FCC reached out and touched them SOON! The very next day I got an email from MCI, apologizing for any inconvenience they had caused me, and I haven't heard from them since. The FCC has a website set up specifically for these types of problems. I know that there are many of you that have had problems with MCI from the replys I got about my last posting about them. So, just go to your favorite search engine, type in Federal Communications Commission and let them know what type of problems you've had with MCI, and then let MCI know that you have done this.
