I attended a family reunion and heard a story about my Great-great-great grandmother LILLY who died of influenza or during child birth leaving John her husband with 11 children. John then adopted all of the children out. This was in NEBRASKA. I believe my family is related to the Cox's you aired on your program. Anxious to be reunited with the remaining relatives! My Great-great grandmother was Flora Nichols - Cox. How it changed my life: Several members of the Cox family have extensive genology. Would love to fill in the blanks.
