i was in a sucessful band for a few years. 1) practice, practice, practice- individualy and together. 2)Kick out any weak players 3)Be visual, image, dress, theater on stage, be an entertainer...your suppose to keep an audience visually pleased. 4) dont party down!!! 5)promote as much and everywhere you can. 6)Be origional, tap into your own thoughts and ideas dont copy freddie and the boyz thats all i got, good luck and its a blast!!!1 |

Well, suggestions I have are as follows: 1. Make sure you are able to work with all the members of the band before you completely get it together(or it will turn out a huge mess) 2. A good name catches the public eye so, pick a good name for it. 3. All members in the have to contribute equally for it to work. 4 Practice at least once or twice a week. 5 assign instruments and vocals 6. have fun with it... you only live once and make the best out the whole experience Amanda a.k.a KoRnGURL_18  |

you need more people. i suggest putting an ad in the local newspaper for a an audition day. however its very important when you get good people from the audition treat them well with respect or they'll quit the band.  |

my experience was when i did a song called 'when the robots world' it went something like. '2053, when the rulers of the world, saw a great big ship!, landing down and abducting the herd...' it was good, but it was korny lol |

oh yeh. its impossible to come up with a script with all the notes. if your gonna wite the music it won't work. i suggest keep trying to make good sounds and ryhtm and pick them without the words and try and plan out the time they play it |

Oh, thinking of what Dizzy Me said, I think I just thaught of something.If you ARE going to sound like Limp Bizkit, it mighten be a good ideah.If you notice, there are ALOT of Limp Bizkit knock offs now.Eventually, ethy are just gunna' fade away, and something else will be of style.So maibe not go all for Limp Bizkit, cause the fame of that style will only last for so long... never think its easy, and don't be inspired by anyone. otherwise you will sound like them, but a rather cheap rip off. remember they are them and you are you. you can't be limp bizkit but you can yourself. yourslef has a talent and theres no need to be like fred durst |

I think that's awesome and I think that it's cool that Fred and the guys of Limp Bizkit have inspired you. They are by far my fave band.
