I believe I have the ability to see and sometimes hear spirits. I can be sitting at home and I will be able to feel an undescribable sensation. Almost like a heavy feeling in one particular part of the room. I can sometimes see a small, short, dark yet see-through figure. They usually appear to be crouched down and a distinct figure is hard to establish. This can happen anywhere I go. It scares me. One time a spirit awoke me from my sleep standing in my doorway staring at me. This is a rare instance that I was able to make out a distinct figure of a tall man in a straw hat. I'm positive it wasen't a real man. The most frightening experience occured not too long ago. I was sitting in my room with my friend playing the quigi board. This game always brings out many different spitits. I was sitting across from her. From where I was sitting I could hear heavy thumping footsteps getting louder and louder. My friend has the gift of connecting with spitits also but she did not! hear the thumping from where she was. We switched seats and she heard the loud thumping as soon as she sat down. It was scary for the both of us. I would like to know more information on spirits and hear other stories of people just like me. If all possible please send me some information. Thank you very much.
