sorry i can't help ya, but once in awhile my dog starts wheezing, too, when he gets excited. like when we say to him "wanna go for a car ride?!", he jumps around all excited and as soon as he gets in the car he starts wheezing. not all the time, just sometimes. I think it might be asthma, but i dunno. ^H^ ![]() |

Yes, they can get asthma as well as diabetes and many other "human" aliments. It would be wise to contact a vet for the proper treatment....Much luv, ![]() |

I think I know what it is. It could be backwards sneezing. I know that sounds weird, but it's really common in dogs. That could be it. It sounds like they're dying, but it doesn't hurt them. But since I can't see the dog, maybe you should ask a vet, just in case. Although I'm pretty sure that's all it is, because it's VERY common. ![]() |

I once worked at a Vet's (not a Vet myself) It could be asthma, but it could also be heart worms. The lil guy needs to go asap if for nothing else than peace of mind. Jetamio ![]() |
