On January 31, of 1984, the medical intern Michael Swango entered the room of Ruth Barrick, a patient which he was supposed to check her intravenous hookup.20 minutes later, the attending nurse went into the room to find Swango gone, and the patient turned blue,suffocating, and dying.This is one of many patients who fell victim to Michael Swango's twisted medical treatment.He practiced for over 20 years, and no one cought on until it had been far too long. It was so very obvious too. He would bring in thigns like doughnuts and "spicy chicken" for his paramedic staff about once a month. Everyone would eat but him.Everyone got very ill too, everytime, and no one ever cought on. One day while Swango and his paramedic crew were in in the hosptial cafeteria, Swango described his total fantasy. While he confessed it, the others shuddered. "It's like this," he began. "Picture a school bus crammed with kids smashing head-on with a trailer truck loaded down with gasoline. We're summoned. We get there in a jiffy just as another gasoline truck rams the bus. Up in flames it goes! Kids are hurled through the air, everywhere, on telephone poles, on the street, especially along an old barbed wire fence along the road. All burning.". Swango enjoyed coming out of the ER and into the waiting room to tell parents their children were dead with a grin on his face. Here was busted once, and served prison time.After which he moves to Zimbabwe Africa. A place where he thought he would be safe from a democracy that didn't like cyanide in its IV tubes or homemade botulism glazed on it's doughnuts.He killed several people as a Doctor in Africa.He was sentenced to 3 years in prison, but was sent back to the U.S. and never served time for it.He went back to the U.S. and was hired again as a doctor.He pulled more of his stunts, and was finally arrested.
