love? It can hold so many different meaning.. the way you feel about a family memeber, a friend, a partner, a food... But each holds its own meaning and if love is expressed then I think it should be spoken of as well. I do not think it should be tossed around freely just as another everyday word though. When I was younger they tried that one all the time, It's nothing new. That's how I ended up pregnant at a young age, Watch out for those three word's!!!!!!!!!!

when i say i love someone i mean it,i never tell my b/f's that i love them.....cuz i dont....but i tell my friends all the time cuz i luv them lots..(as friends) and family too...but i really dont care what ppl do..cuz ppl are stupid:)

i know what you mean. i don't think it's that big of a deal, when writing it in closing to a letter or something. writing it and saying it are two different things. however, i myself have use the word out of context when i thought it was right and i scared the guy that i really only liked away.  |

A lot of people say/use the word LOVE in much the same way, the same tone, as saying they love their car, their house, their new clothes, etc...
It is much too casual, and not much thought is given to what it really means. Not a lot of people actually know what love really is. I look back at some of the early years, especially teen's, and I know now that I didn't have a clue what love is. Oh, I sure *thought* I did! Young teenage boys will say they love some gal, just to get whatever it is that THEY want.
