very good post....discrimination to me is when one person belittles another person for not being the same as everyone else. Weather it be a handicapped person, a black person, a mexican, a white, a native american....if you were to see our blood...we all bleed the same and we all hurt the same....it is simple...just stop hurting eachother, but for some it is the hardest thing to do.....peace love and harmony....  |

depending on the situation. If someone does not get the Job, or gets put in jail, etc. If it seems to be based on Race, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Ethnic, Nationality, etc. Many cases such get special rights, if they say it's discriminaiton, most cases it is not discrimination, whoever can do the job, should get it. IF someone of a certain Race, Ethnic, Orientation, etc does not get the job, it may not be discrimination at all. Just a coincidence.  |
