Amanda, I can associate with the way u feel. Up until I was 21 I never knew what it felt like to see 100 on the scale. Now i keep gaining and won't stop. It is sooo depressing. I wanted to gain weight so bad, now I am dying to lose. I started eating alot of desserts, that is part of the reason for all this unwanted weight. Maybe eat more often than regular. If it is a medical problem, u should take some testes and see what is causing you to lose weigh like this. Don't play around with your health...  |

Well Niecy how much HAVE you been eating maybe you need to eat a little more than you do now...And if you exersice and do all kinds of excersices then try losing one of these exersices!! See it is hard for me to give you advice on how to lose weight because you still have to stay healthy so just eat a little more and and lose some exersicing and see were that gets you!!  |

if you are a leo as i am girl all you gotta do is eat read meat i know i love my meats and potatoes anyways starches add pounds quickly your proubly a person with high metobolisim that you burn off very quickly what you eat so my advice eat more meats and alot of strachjes and let me know how that goes i hope it works, take care havanna  |

Well, I were you I would look for things that are high in fat. Like cookies and ice cream. But try not to over dose on fatning foods because then you'll gain to much weight and it will become a habit. I'm sorry this much be really hard for you, wish I could give you better advice....  |

I know your a girl, but this advice works on girls too. Work out. If you can't hold fat, use the energy and build mass. Jog, workout in a gym, consult a trainer about the proper workout for your age. Let them know that you want to build mass. You have to keep eating well, though. You can't gain mass without intaking alot of food. This will also keep your appetite up and your body will gain more than just fat, it will gain endurance and strength. Two things doctors love to see. Just wanted to give you some healthier advice. I had a similar problem, my doctor said my metabolism was way too high and the stress of the situation was not helping. First you have to aleiviate any and all stress you can! Then eat 6 small high calorie meals a day, instesd of 3. And most important, Be happy with you! |
