My bar was not on tight and i slipped out i was holding on to the bar for about 5 hours before they could get us off. I was also trying to hold my baby sister in the cart so tecnacly i had only one hand on the bar. Just before they got us down my baby sister Michelle fell. Of course she died from the fall. She was only 6. I know you have to be a certin height but she had platform shoes on and she was already tall. YOu had to be 4'3 with the shoes and how big she was already she was 4'4 just big enough.
