This story deals with a Ouja board, and weird events surrounding it. Ok, when I was a Junior in High School we (my best friend, Melissa) would play with the Ouja board after school. It would move, and we would 'talk' with various 'spirits'. I know I was not moving the pointer, and I feel that Melissa wasn't either. Well, after being on it a few times, we made a 'friend', he presented himself as Tinx. He said that he was a bad spirit, and that he was very strong. We could never get him to do anything immediate though. But he did have a way of signing on: by making a figure eight. One time we got on with him, and I told him that this guy at school that I liked, liked this other girl (OK, give me a break- I was 16!), and I wanted her to go away. I did not say how I wanted her gone, but that I just wanted her out of his life. Tinx said he could do that. Well, the next day at school, this guy I liked told me that they other girl, had gotten beaten by her father t! he night before, and she was sent to go live at a relatives house many states away. I felt really responsible. I did get back on the Ouja board and told Tinx that he had done a bit too much, and that I wanted her to come back. A couple of days later, the guy I liked told me that she (the other girl) was moving back home, that everything had been worked out with her family. Also too, during this time of playing with the Ouja board, my friend Melissa was walking over to my house to see me one night (she live about 100 yards away). She comes to my door banging loudly and out of breath. Melissa said that a man in a black overcoat was chasing her, and when she got to my house he disappeared. That is my story. Yea, a little strange and funny, but I know what happened to me. Thanks for listening! And by the way, I haven't picked up a Ouja board in years! How it changed my life:Well, it just made me think that there really are spirits out there. I still have great doubts though. It seems to strange to be real. But is there such thing as coincidence? Who knows? But I think I may go buy a Ouja board tonight for the hell of it!
