well if you're young you should take your time and get to know them first go on a few dates b4, long distance relationships can work but are really tough, would you like to miss that person all the time and all you can hear is their voice if even that?! kissing on a first date is fine, as long as u don't go too far with it and end up in bed, unless you're that kind of person!  |

1. Try inviting them to go out with a group of friends first so there is no pressure. Then take it from there. If you are friends with them it can't hurt to ask. I can't tell you how many guys I was friends with in high school that I would have loved to ask out if I had the guts but I never did. I am still friends with alot of them and have found out that they were also interested but didn't have the nerve to ask. Could have saved myself the constant wondering if only I had asked. What can it hurt? 2. I was with a guy for two years and then he moved. The long distance thing DID NOT work. That doesn't mean it can't, it just depends on where you are in your life and how committed you are. 3.I always kissed on the first date if I liked the guy. But that's it. My mother always told me they never ask for a second date if they get everything they want on the first. ***Shelly***  |
