It is a scamm, You have had a few classes in high school. The degree is not worth the paper it is written on. Try and get a part time job with an established Interior decorator, only expect mimium wages in the begining. yardbird. |

If you want to go back to school to get this degree, online is NOT the way to go. Sure, it may be a degree, but the real world does not take it as seriously as a real college. They think there are just too many ways to cheat, I don't blame them. Maybe you should look at all your options, this world may be more flexible than you think. Good luck.  |

Okay Pagan, here is my opinion... If you want to do this, don't let anything stand in your way. If you are good, you can make a lot of money.. Interior design is a very good career choice, if you ask me. Someone had to design many, many millionaire's homes, you can do that, all it takes is connections and you can make those.. Do one, and word spreads.. Never sell yourself short, Daughter, and as for the home schooling, I took a home school writing course, and I don't consider that to be not worth anything... Anything you learn is better than nothing, isn't that right? Just remember, all it takes is one job to get the ball rolling, and if you do a good job, which I know you will, I have every faith that you will be making the big bucks in no time. It is a big field, growing every day, and it seems like a good career choice... Many people have done this and suceeded, it just takes determination... and advertising doesn't hurt either, LOL I will be praying for you, Daughter!!! Love and Big Monkey Hugs!!!  |

Thank you Tina & Monkey for the postive reinforcement! I appreciate it a lot! I am so hyped on this for years now, and I finally have a chance to do it, while taking care of my baby and going to work at the same time, it is my only option. I don't drive as of yet(I am way old enough) so it would be hard to drive to school, and we can't afford daycare. So this would be great, even if it isn't taken as seriously. I can always freelance for awhile! Thank you! |
