The Night the OUIJA Made the Call

One night me and several of my friends decided we would play the Ouija board. It was late November of 96, and I had Christmas lights strung around my whole apartment. We had candles and dim light and 4 of us playing, 1 of which the board on a previous occasion told her she was a witch, and also said tha I had the 'power' to call all spirits, which kind of freaked me out at the time. My friend Dewayne was playing with us and I called a spirit who called himself Zed. He never let us down any time we played. If we asked it he knew the answer. The conversation with Zed on this night started out calm and serine like normal, but gradually became more like he was agitated. Now even though Dewayne had played the board with us on many occasions, he still was not a frim believer in what he witnessed while playing it with us. On this night, we told Dewayne to ask Zed to prove something to him. Dewayne asked the board his grandmothers name and it told him, Nanette, which ! was correct, then the indicator started spinning wildly under our fingers. None of us knew what was happening, then suddenly it said Dewayne your grandmother will die soon. Dewayne told us his grandmother had been sick, but nothing that was life threatning. Needless to say Dewayne stopped playing and so did we to make him feel more comfortable. The next morning I was woken up by one of the girls that had been playing with us, she was banging on my door, and crying. I let her in and asked her what was wrong. She said that Dewayne called her earlier and told her his Grandmother died of a heart attack exactly 2 hours after the Ouija said she would die. At that moment I knew the Ouija was real, and I have played it as often as I can since tha moment. I have had many other experiences, and i never seem to get enough of that chill you get down your spine from the supernatural.

How it changed my life:

Made me become a firm believer in the supernatural
