In my dream I woke up to get a glass of water. My father always sat in a certain seat at the table. In my dream he was sitting in his chair smoking a cigerette. His eyes were glowing red and he looked at me and told me he was coming back to get me and take me to hell with him. ( My father was a preacher) in my dream I knew the man I was looking at was not my father. I was scared so I ran back to my bedroom to hide from the creature that had tried to pass itself off as my dad. I woke up again in my dream. This time he was in the bed with me and he looked at me with the same red eyes. He only spoke once and his words were 'I told you I was coming back to get you'. I screamed and ran from him into the kitchen where I grabbed a knife. I crouched down beside the sink and started telling myself to wake up its only a dream. When I did wake up I was laying in my dads old bed with a kni! fe clutched in my hand. How it changed my life: I have always had nightmares. Growing up I despised my dad for being so strict Since that dream I had a new found respect for my father as well as my upbringing in church.
