1> The guy stares at her alot, unless the girl has something in her hair or something. 2> Flirt. but not flirt with anyone else. if you flirt with him and anyone else around him, it wouldnt work. or, just talk to him, while standing or sitting real close and making long complete eye contact. 3> It would make things easier for me, if i liked the girl. I know the guy is the one thats supposed to ask, but we guys hate being turned down, especially infront of other people. 4> I would think that she is a little outgoing. I would rather ask her out, if I could ever put my own pride aside enough to take a chance on getting turned down and made a mockery of by all the friends.  |

Wow, I can't believe girls are still worried about asking guys out. I'm not a guy but I think most guys would like it. A few may get the idea you're easy, and say yes thinking they'll get lucky. As long as you conduct yourself in a somewhat respectable manner he'll realize you're really not that kind of girl.  |

I'm not a guy but I wanted to know these answers myself, even at 42 its awkward dating again after you have been married for a while. I have been finding out thought men still seem to like to make the first move, but they don't seem to have a problem with you iniating a general conversation first. I mean if you do it suttle like if your at a party you could just go up if he is standing around and just ask if he knows someone and ask if he has seen them and just start a causual conversation, I think they know if your attracted to them right away, seems many men just automaticly assume women want them..............sluggo v  |
