Alright last night I had an OBE during a lucid dream. I became semi consciously alert while I was floating upwards,and out of my body. Then I saw my room around me and all the typical features of it,the beareau,the television,my dreamcast,my gateway computer,the purple throw rug on the floor,my various posters on the wall,everything looked exactly like it usually did when I was wide awake. Then the room started to recede into the distance,and I was floating backwards and I did not have a physical body,and I had this point of light consciousness. I was a ball of energy and I was drifting along gradually backwards on a diagnal angle dropping down lower,and lower in this obscure kind of endless brownish/reddish haze,and there was all this vibrating,and oscillating translucent but still visible energy inclusively surounding me on all sides. I was not frightened though cause I've done this before. Then this thing appeared. I'm not sure what it was but the next thing I knew I had oriented myself to a new immediate environement. I was standing underneath a tree with such lush vibrantly green leaves with multiple hues that it was breathtaking, the rest of this "world" was also beautiful as well. The sky was a lavender kind of lilac purple mixture of incandescent streaks that stretched across the surreal horizon. The grass was a verdant invigorating green,and there was a white gazebo nearby and a pool of water like a lake or a swimming hole or a lagoon of some kind in the center of this park like place. Past the gazebo a group of children ran by frolicking merrily as they went playing their childish games,but there was something uniquely striking about their appearance,they were different from me because as odd as this sounds their skin was blue! Anyhow I jumped up and tried to remove one of the leaves from the branches of the tree.then I realized i could float up ther and retrieve it much easier. So I did and then I fell towards the left and landed directly in the pool. Then I came back abruptly. It was a cool expereince I enjoyed it alot. I think I went to one of the other higher planes of existence truthfully I didn't want to come back either but oh well here I'am in three dimensional life once again. How it changed my life:well i don't know it was fun though i hope i go back sometime soon.
