the way I remember it as a kid, you had to say it 3 times in a mirror in the dark, maybe with like a candle on ( because how are you gonna see that you are looking in a mirror if your in the dark) nothing ever happened other than that we scared ourselves half-to-death. just remember to breathe slowly, don't get stressed about it, and keep a paper bag handy if somebody hypervenilates, breathing in a paper bag will help settle your body down if you can't control your breathing. At least that's what I heard.  |

I have some advice for you that will not get you so worried and scared out of your witts... next time you feel unsure of something or have no idea what you could be toying with, don't do it.
