Tell your friend to take this very seriously. This stalker may be someone she knows! He may be someone who can throw his voice to make it sound like it is outside her window. Ask the police what to do. We now have stalking laws in most anti-stalking laws in most states. People like this are not playing jokes, they are serious!Be very cautious and don't go anywhere alone. I had to move out of state to get away from my stalker. Good luck and be careful! |
