I too have sp, for many years I thought I had epilepsy but I don't. Yes it is very, very scary and I also fell I had OBO's. In my own mind I think they are actually panic attacks, because since I have been taking Zoloft I haven't had one.And that has been several years. Hooray !! |

When I feel SP, I usually feel a little "pressure" on my stomach. I hope this kind of thing is common so you don't have to worry. I do know SP usually runs in the family. <CaveHunter>  |

yeah, that's what i'm thinking too.... i really hope it's SP and nothing spiritual.... poor thing. she's only 4! i can deal with this fine, but i don't want my 4 year old to have to deal with it. :( |

Well ...I don't really know what to say.Im young and have only had expeerience with SP alone,no OBE's or anything fun like that.But read my next post, maybe youll find something in there that relates to you.And about them being panic attacks,my theory is ...If you have alot of stress then your spirit will want to get away ...like a vacation for the spirit,and you know when we go on vacations we want to go someplace nice ,and buetifal,and exotic.So what better place than the astral plane.I hear its very bueatifal there ,and i someday wish to see it.So its just like puting a weight on a wet paper towel,once theres enough wait on it ,the weight falls through,but instead of something in our physical self falling through,our spirit falls out....So what do you guys think?

Being asked to marry the devil is very scarey. I dream of dead people all the time, usually ones I knew and loved. The last one was my lover for 15 years, who died last year. He came to me in my dream and I told him that he was dead and was not supposed to be here with me. He left and never came back. I didn't mean for him not to come back but he has never done so. I want to dream about him again, but he will not return. Hawkeye

Love Kisses you should stop them if you are uncomfortable with them . If you fight it when its full blown sleep paralysis you make maters worse . Its a feeling of helplessness . I actually like them coz they lead to an OBE ! When i fight it , things get tripped out . Theres like panic and chaos afterwards . You have to relax and let go , or simply shake out of the sleep paralysis before its onset . Raz aka  |

Please Listen to me, Repent for your sins, ask the lord to help you, because you definitely need it!
The devil is trying to get a hold you and you did not help by telling him that you marry him. Pray every night asking
the LORD to forgive you of your sins (confess to him that you played with the ouija and told the devil that you will marry him that you will never do it again)
that was the sins that you committed), and the next time you fall into a dream and you see the devil you call on the name of the LORD JESUS CHRIST
and ask him to help you (in your dream), you tell Satan to leave in the name of JESUS CHRIST!! Tell satan that you do not belong to him
and that you are a child of GOD. Repeat these words " In the name of JESUS CHRIST FLEE FROM ME".Repeat this over and over and over again until it leaves.
Another thing that I want you to do is to fast for one day.
This should help ALOT: For one day do not eat anything, just water, lots of water, and
pray all day asking the Lord to get rid of these OBE's, and to get rid of the evil presence in your
life, Pray all day ( the same prayer if you want) but definitely ask him to come into your heart,
save your soul, and to get rid of these OBE's and this evil presence, which is now affecting your daughter,
ask him to protect you and your daughter from EVIL. PLEASE try this, for a least one day, PLEASE. If you are sincere about
this situation. Also the devil takes you saying that you will marry him very seriously, PLEASE do not mess with the devil
for he will stop at nothing to get your soul. Unless you give your life to Christ, the devil will not stop. Please keep me posted on your situation
