Nature sings its night songs untamed and free-form. Don't interupt the dance with your everyday voice. Breathe close to my ear. Like a child held in the arms of comfort, wanting nothing more than touch, my heart strains to hear. When morning comes all we will have is hazy memories mixed with hope and want. Dark lonely sorrows of things unsaid. Give me the words, let me know, before you leave my bed. Just whisper you love me, close to my ear.
