Hand In Hand, Through My Soul, By: Princess Of Light   Author:  11097  Category:(Poetry) Created:(11/11/2001 9:16:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (187 times) If I could hold you with me and whisper anything into your soul I'd thank you for being who you are and making me feel the way that I do I'd take our special bond and split it so no matter what happens, we each have the other I'd tell you how much you mean to me, and how grateful I am, God placed us together I'd share with you my hopes and dreams wishing someday you might become apart of them If I could hold you close, I'd never have the courage to let you go and I whisper such profound thoughts into your soul. If I could stare into your eyes I'd place all my feelings atop, so maybe you could get a peek through the windows of my soul I'd end each word with a kiss, to last forever and all time I gently touch your face, and place my love within each heartbeat If I could stare into your eyes, I'd show you nothing but the truth. If I could take your hand, I guide you my way and show you my light, offering a place to survive I'd place a circle of ever-trusting love upon it hoping from that day foward, you will always be mine I'd make sure you were secure, and lead you to eternity If I could take your hand, together we would go along our path. But all I can do now, is take your love and promise that one day, no matter what I will lead you, through my soul and here in my arms once again.
