One thing that really confused me trying to log on from a different computer was the Author ID field. I put in my Author ID No. 27270, when what they wanted there was the original UserID they gave me when I first registered. It was just a bunch of mixed up letters. Try that and let's see if it works because a lot of people are having problems I think.  |
