We had an ice storm last year and there was about an inch of ice on everything. MY brother wanted to go to work though even though everything was shut down. Our driveway is on a straight up hill. He walked outside holding onto the rail going down the stairs and as soon as he hit the driveway he went skiing down it. He tried to grab onto his truck, but missed it and went all the way down to the bottom. Me and my mother were watching him out the window laughing at him. He hit the road and when it leveled out he stopped. We were watching him try to walk back up the driveway without any luck. My mother called his boss to say he wouldn't be in and no one was even there. I got a rope and tied it to the support beam in the garage and slid the rest of it down the driveway to him and he had to use it to get back up the driveway. Like a mountian climber. It was so funny cause he would lose his balance and slide back down. when he finally got back to the house. He said he was going to let the dog out. Well my dog gets off the leash and never returns till hours later. We told him not to let her out, but he did. He opened the door and she darted out not expecting it to be icy, as soon as she hit the yard all 4 paws came out from under her she came back in the house real quick.
