math problem - supersponger

i was bored so i whipped up this math problem for ya'll.

if a monkey is standing on top of a pendulum and weighs 10 kg and the pendulum weighs 100kg how fast will the monkey go if he jumps of from the top of the pendulum when the pendulum swings back and forth 3 times and goes a speed of 1 kph????
