My grandmother, Georgia Ann Smith, has now been missing for almost a full year. She is 5' 3" and has sandy blond to strawberry blond hair, bright blue eyes,(like Elizabeth Taylor) and a triple biopsy scar is noticeable from her sternum to her belly button, and another scar runs from her groin to her ankle. She has also had carple tunnel surgery on her wrist. She left her son's home in Champlin, MN to go to her cabin in Minong, WI but never arrived. She was driving a 1984 Blue Mercedes I90, 4 door sedan, with a Wisconsin license plate of #TXP 401. She has 7 children, with spouses, 27 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren, 1 of which she has never seen. We have done all the regular search things, driven the routes she could have taken, checking the side roads and ditches, renting a helicopter, for arial searches and hired a private investigator, none of which have turned up anything viable. We still have not found any trace of her, no credit cards have been used and none of her bank accounts have been used either. We are having a public memorial service for her on Firday, June 30th at George Green Park in Anoka, we are going to let loose 365 balloons to remember every day that she has been missing. Heather Price UPDATE #2- it has now been almost 2 years since my grandmother's disapearence and we still have not even found the car. The athorities seem to think it was parted out. We could use any information regarding this or any other pieces to our puzzle, as of this time, we have not found her purse or any personal items that she would have had with her. Again, her car was an 1984 190 Blue Mercedes, License plate #TXP401. We would appreciate any information, unfortunately, America's Most Wanted didn't feel that an old woman was news worthy, or the circumstances were not strange enough to boost a shows rating so they declined our request to do a show. We need all the help we can get. Even though we are almost certain that she is now dead, we would really like to bring her home and put her to rest. We've tried to get in contact with the predominate physics but to no avail, if there is someone out there with connections, I'd love to hear from you. Since my grandmother's disapearence, I have also lost my 28 year old husband to leukemia. So, as you can see my family has lost not only thier grandmother, mother and friend but a counselor, advisor, and shoulder to cry on.
