I learned that we all have different bodies and there are different planes of existence. Is it possible for a person to be aware of their physical body and other bodies at the same time? And is it possible for a person on the physical plane to be aware of an object or energy on a different plane? And also is it possible for a person to actually have a conversation, (w/telepathy?) with themselves, not like the normal conversation, like the physical consciousness with your consciousness on a higher plane? Im asking these questions because I have or at least think I have done these things.
