I was just sitting here thinknig about this. do you think kids, (when they are mean to other kids) realize how much they are hurting them? when i see a kid picking on another kid, it gets me really mad because of what has happend to me for 13 years. ill tell you all a little story. in school i was the the one that never had any friends and always got picked on. i was always picked last for everything, i always sat alone at lunch, and i would always sit during recess and watch all the other kids have fun and play together. it didnt 'really' get bad until 4th grade. i moved to a new school, and the only friend i had wasnt there. i was at that school for 4th and 5th grade. and both years, EVERYONE hated me. and i dont know why. for two years i litterly had no friends. they all made fun of me because i listen to country music, and because i liked broadway and stuff like that. i tried to force myself to fit in with those people. i forced myself to listen to the music they listend to, i watched the same movies they did. (yes i was that desperate for a friend.) but it didnt work. i would come home every day having these terrible headaches, and saying "I hate school!".(plus my parents were getting into allot of arguements with each other so that didnt help any.) when i first got into 6th grade, i was in a public school, and it was awful. then i went to a privet school, and it was even worse. when i was just a little past 12 things got so bad that i had thouhgt about killing myself many times. one night, i almost did. i took a knife and tried to cut my wrist. but i couldnt. (i still have a small scar from where i cut myself a little.) im in 8th grade. and thanks to all those kids, im homeschooling now. i couldnt take it anymore. and i just wonder if any of those kids really know what they were putting me thru. i almost killed myself because no one could take just 5 seconds to say a few kind words to me. well, i thought i would share this with you. but give me your thoughts on this.
