My grandma met "the man of her dreams" a long long time ago. She met a guy in the military. They were still teenagers when they met. And,she was 16 when she got married. Now,I have 2 wonderful grandparents because they met. And,I also have a great dad and aunt. So,alot of good came out of them meeting. They're still together today. Plus,neither of them believe in divorce. Well,I have a new friend. He's 19 and I'm almost 18. I'll be 18 in 2 weeks. He and I are friends and we might be going to a ball together. We're getting along pretty good and we have some stuff in common. I keep telling my grandma I want to follow in her footsteps. So,am I doing that? By being friends with this "soldier boy". I have a really big crush on him. But,he doesn't know. And,since we just kinda met I'm not ready to tell him. But,I would love to be his girlfriend. I would love for this to be "the one". But,I also know not to get my hopes up. But,it could go either way. I really hope that I could follow in her footsteps. Its one of my dreams.
