well it really depends on what you're writing.. story writing i have no clue! watch a movie or read a book or something... song/poetry writing depends on what kind you usually write.. if you write happy songs/poetry listen to some upbeat music.. if you write dark/sad/depressing songs/poetry listen to sad/dark/depressing music. i hope i was helpful.  |

I usually cease in writing for a while and sicne my job allows very little thinking, I use my imagination while I work to think of things. I listen to people and get ideas from them in general conversation. Just sit back and take little hints from surprising places and all of a sudden you'll get a million ideas at once. :) Good luck and Write On!  |

Sometimes I ask other people what their opinions are on a certain subject and try to make a new story out of them. Otherwise I just stop writting all together for a while and one day when I have a really good idea I write it down! *LoL* Writters block can be sooooooo annoying.. *growls* :)  |
