once i thought
that i was alone
that no one cared
that my friends were gone
but that is just the opposite
of what's really going on
i am loved by some one
his true feelings finally shown
now that i know this
i'll tell you i love him too
he means a lot to me
our love is true
but in an instant
he's gone forever
i held him so close
but he slipped through my fingers
i wish this didn't happen
it's every person's nightmare
to wake up in the morning
and the one you lvoe not be there
i now he's still here
watching over me
it's just not the same
but now he's set free
i am thankful for our time together
even though it was not very long
i'm glad we fell in love
his memory will go on strong....
