I don't know if this will work, but it seems to work for me... but I've never had a horrible experience like that. Anyway, I just expand my aura to fill the whole building, and imagine it pushing spirits and negative energies out. I've never seen an aura either, so this all could be in my mind. That would freek me out!  |

First of all most spirits are said not to be evil. First of all next time you see the ghost try and communicat with it. You have seen to many movies where the ghost are harmful but infact there is really noway they can hurt you because they are there in spirt and mind not in body. However about the knife thing I don't really know if it can really hurt you or not but I would say don't be scared and stand your ground. Or call a priest because you may have the poltergist on your hands in that case run like hell and move out. |

Heather, I am a parapsychologist and let me assure you that noooo such thing thing has ever happened to anyone. Maybe a little less "Goosebumps" is the answer for you. Real spirits have very little interest in human destiny and certainly do not go about waving knives at folks. I am sorrythough that you jumped out the window though that would be a common response in someone your age. Someday you will look back and see how silly this all seems. |
