It could be a prophetic dream, if you choose to take that path. When I was 14 I dreamt I was in labor and the Doctor's were coming at me with a needle about 8 inches long. Well, I HATE needles and shots and considered this dream quite a nightmare. I told my Mom about it the next morning and she told me the needle was for an epidural, of which I new nothing about at the time. She told me they stick the needle in you spine to numb you from the waist down. I think NOT! That was pretty much when I decided I would not have children unless I adopted. I had a dream of the same thing when I was a teen, but I only had 1 child. Now that I am older and married, my husband and I are finding it difficult to have children. I think I knew deep down when I was growing up that I would probably never have kids and so I would dream about having them. Does this bother me? very much so. I am saddened by this very much. But on the other hand, I have babysat for family members before and I truly know the meaning of freedom that my husband and I have without kids in our lives. But, that doesn't mean that I don't want them, because I do. Let me ask you a question. Have you ever had a dream and woke up thinking your life was changed by the dream? Let me explain: I had the dream about me having the baby, which I wanted soooo bad, and when I woke up I am still in that sleepy state, therefore I think that I have the baby with me for a split second. All in all, hon if that is what you want (a baby) then go for it. All I'm saying is that maybe your dream is a sign!!! Peace, Love and Happiness, Sabiebaby{..}!!!  |
