Is this why I'm failing so badly? =\ ~PixieAngel~

I think I know the answer but I just want to ask to see am I right or not. Alright..every school night I go to bed at Midnight or one or two in the morning. Why I sleep so late maybe I don't know...sticking to the tv probably or the computer or maybe because I decided to start my homework at elevan o clock. Yea and every morning I wake up at eight thirty...and right now currently I am failing school. Is sleep deprivation the reason of why I am failing school? I think it's a yes...I just want to make sure ;)

Date: 3/22/2002 6:41:00 PM  From Authorid: 16845    yep sleep deprivation can attribute to poor grades....I've heard they say teens need ATLEAST 8 full hours of sleep a night preferably more....unfortunately very few get that much.

And even the ones who slept like even 15 minutes more did better and the ones who slept 30 minutes more did even better. So even the smallest amount of sleep counts and will make a difference. Hmm maybe thats my problem for failing! HAHA!

I usually sleep late when I need to study for a long exam, but other wise I sleep at 10. I use to sleep late because I watched tv and played with the computer but just think of this, is your computer or tv gunna get you anywhere in life? No. It's not gunna give you an education. Start sleeping early and you'll get use to it. It's hard the first 3 days but you'll make it. Just drink warm milk. That helps me go to sleep..lol...~*Jeset*~
