Silent Drops of rain/ShinyNickle   Author: 49939  Category:(Poetry) Created:(3/22/2002 8:51:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (234 times) While the waves crash within me I hear the echo in my heart Covering the pain I do not wish to show I hide only when it's convenient for me You see I find myself alone Even when I am with you My inner expressions go unnoticed While my conscious actions take all the blame Though I wish it didn't have to come to this Hoping that you would be my fallen angel I fear that it is all it could be Not letting you in and comforting me With a touch of love Grace in hand Glide your thoughts over my soul Bouncing back from a world so cold Can you see the change that makes its self-present? Look deep in my eyes and tell me what you see Am I not the person you thought I'd be?
