I usally just try to forget it all and chill for a while, when things get hectic take it out on the drums lol I play guitar and write songs!! That usually helps me!!  |

this might sound crazy but exercise. if iam stressed out (or angry or whateva) i go for a nice long run and guarenteed that by the time i get back iam feeling great!! :) .....  |

Try meditation or yoga!! Lol jk, i don't know! i've never really tried those...Well freshman in highschool don't have much stress (well, not me at least) but i'm sure it's gonna get worse. so i don't have to deal with much stress (lucky me) but i hope things get better for ya. :)  |

Bro candels & Medatation! Deep breathing! A half hour of streneous exercise! & go to my college for fiancial help! I to am interning with no pay! Some days I'm lucky to eat a meal! 2 days straight I didn't eat! I just drink alot of water! I can not work & go to school full time! It is just to much!I beg from my parents also! It's ugly but when you need a place to live & pay your bills ya gotta do what ya gotta do! huggs!  |

i have a kid. so i get stressed out pretty fast. usually when he takes naps during the day. i sit back and relax , i turn on the music. and just sit there. it relieves my stress. and also at night i take a nice hot bath. and i put a warm washrag on my face , that relieves my stress too:)  |
