I didn't write it but do a web search for a story called, "The Yellow Wallpaper." I found the first part about automatic writing to be quite interesting and very well written but then it lost me when it drifted off. It's supposedly a true story. Who knows? Just check it out if you want to sometime.  |

Hey, with automatic handwriting, does the person holding the pen/pencil have to be looking at the paper or are they suppose to shut their eyes? Just curious. I've only seen it in a movie once a long time ago (The Changeling) freaky movie btw!  |

i've done it it's pretty easy. You ask for a spirit you trust and hold the pen/pencil and relax. Ask them to write something so you know their there. hope this helps ~*FetishaLies107*~  |
