It reduces the swelling & will dry the pimple(s) up.If you still have problems, see a dermatologist.Trying different creams & lotions might actually INCREASE the problem, by causing inflammation. ok my face used to break out really bad. (it doesn't anymore). but here are the products i use. freeman lathering facial scrub. clear pore soothing gel-you put it on at night. freeman silk a peel- peel of mask- i use that twice a week. in the mornings. queen helene mint julep masque- i use that at night twice a week. leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off. and sometimes i put rubbing alcohol on my face one a month. i hope i helped you out. amber22  |

I use aubruy from the health store. They have an green alegae mask that draws em out and tames them away. Works for me. I also have some Avon acne pads that work good. I never got pimples till about 6 months ago and I think it is hormones. I just do my face mask and watch fatty and fried foods which increases then and replaces by fresh raw foods. Good luck! I can't stand them either and toothpaste.  |

I hate pimples.....yuck....the way i control them is by using a soup for oily sking that cleans all dirt ect.....it's called aveno soap....im not sure how it will work on other skin types, but, it works for me.... *Angel On Earth*  |

Dermatologist. My brother had the same problem. After taking medicine for a few weeks, all those white heads went away, though his face is still read. It was probably that way because he has a beard growing in.  |

You should go to the dermatologist and they can prescribe something that will work well with your skin to get rid of pimples. Some good products to use would be Clean and Clear cleansing mask and Clean and Clear deep action cream cleanser.  |
