My daughter works at a bank and the drive-thru window faces their employee parking lot. A guy was seen by a teller walking around her van. He took his shirt off and wrapped his hand and bashed her drivers side window out to gain access to the inside. He took her change in her change holder and got her purse she left under the seat. She had her wallet inside with her but she had her dept store cards, drivers license, SS card and a cell phone in her purse. The cops chased him for several blocks and lost him in a wooded lot. This guys brother was arrested two weeks ago for murder and this guy is a drug addict! The peole at the bank recognized who he was. The police went to his fathers house where he lives and he was not there. The father turned his son in to the law for the murder and he has promised to turn this son in for this act. My daughter was devastated. She said its a feeling of being violated! Its awful when crimes like this take place in broad daylight in front of people looking on! She did learn a valuable lesson that I have been preaching to her for at least a year, don't leave your purse in sight in your car or any money to be seen or any valuables! I feel sorry for her but it will be alright. Her insurance will pay for the damages. I hope they find her purse and return it to her. She cancelled her cards and has an alert on her checking account. People, just beware, you cannot trust everyone to be like you. We live and work amongst theives!!
