I know you arent supposed to try to force one, but I just wanted to try it. I was laying there then all of a sudden i felt like i was sinking!! Almost like i was falling down through my bed. I thought it might have been the first step of an obe process so i tryed to imagine myself floating up out of my body and nothing happend!! So is that sinking feeling maybe a part of an obe process?? And if so what do i do next time i get that feeling, where do i go from there??
