It's totally not cool to ASK out someone that you know your friend likes. However, HE asked HER out and she accepted. What can you do? Maybe if this girl has a lot of other choices then fine, her bad...but maybe she doesn't date a lot so does she deserve to be deprived just because of a friend? Besides, your friend's BEST friend happens to like the guy as well. Maybe it'll work out good for them. I think your friend should just drop it and find someone else that is interested in her as well. Also, why would you want someone that actually tells you that you're his backup plan? Beats me. Well, it wasnt very nice of her, BUT no man (or woman) unless youre married, is worth losing a friend over. I think your friend should just let her have him and go on with her life and be the mature one. He'll lose interest in her soon anyways and move on to someone else and she'll need a shoulder to cry on.  |

People can't help who they like... it just happens. Who knows, maybe she liked him longer... not like it matters. And if ur other friend is , as u say in love with him, she'd want HIM to be happy more than anything. I know that if I liked a guy and a friend of mine went out with him after I had asked, I wouldn't be mad. I'd be okay knowing my FRIENDS are happy. Of course I'd be a little sad, but hey there are more people out there and it wouldn't completely ruin my chances with him forever.  |
