I tend not to use tanning beds, I think we are all subjected to enough radiation and harmful rays without adding to the problem. If you are worried about the possible harmful effects of using these beds then it is surely worth asking yourself if a tan is so important after all or if your future health is more important.  |

I have heard that tanning beds age you quicker..after repeated use your skin can take on a leathery look and feel. There is a higher risk of skin cancers and skin irritations..Just be careful...xoxo  |

The simply facts are these... ANY tanning, whether from the Sun or from a bed DAMAGES your skin and can lead to cancer and WILL lead to premature aging of the skin - having wrinkles earlier when you are older. Besides this, sunbeds are expensive - please please please just buy some GOOD fake tanning cream, it'll make you glad later on in life  |

I don't think so...as long as you just use it to get yourself color...I think the people that use it 2 or 3 times every week....are in some trouble.  |

its harmful!!!! the 1st time i ever went to a tanning bed was also my last time!!!!!!!! it burned me so bad , i was in pain for a week and i only stayed in for 20 minutes!!! i now stay out of the sun and , i will never go to a tanning bed again!! ~~~~~~~daniedarlin  |

well if you want wrinkles on your body when you in you mid 30's go right ahead...and hour sessoin in a tanning bed is equal to smoking one pack of cigarettes...plus...it turns your skin a disgusting orange after awhile<--- no joke...i made fun of this one girl because she went to tanning beds...and tanned herself orange cause she went so much............and how sanitary are they???? your lying on someone else's sweat...stick with the sun and sunblock...that works the best...  |
