sorry, im back, i have a hypnosis book, and it explains the different stages of sleep and in the lighter stages of sleep, when u are asleep but aware of it, if someone like a hypnotist or the thoughts of your self ("suggestions")are brought on by your unconcious mind-the non-common sense guy then transferes (acts apon) this to the common sense guy the concious mind....but your mind will only do what it wants, (unless u know how to "get around it") but they cant make u do what ever - your mind has to "do it" - this works over time not a miricle the 1st time......confusing? -- i added more stuff besides the stuff in the book, love, |

(sort of the basics of how to do it) - when falling asleep, keep telling your self stuff in your mind - imagining it happening, - i will be more out going, - i will not be shy, i will be my self around others ...etc... it wont all work in one "session" but its worth a try.....just make sure u keep doing this while falling asleep....love, |
