I myself love life a little to much to even dream of commiting suicide! But i did have to use what i learned in the silly health class today. One of my friends is always severely depressed and today she went a little farther under than usual. I was going to call a crisis help line but i decided to ask her about it instead. I asked her straight out if she would commit suicide and she said no and reasured me. It was life a large relief off my shoulders and a happiness that i helped someone. Im still not sure about her but im going to watch and make sure she was telling the truth. I told her that if she ever scares me like that again im going to call that crisis helpline, so she better not.
