first understand there is no just weekends for ever, alcoholism is a progressive disease which means it will get worse. Any kind of verbal or physical abuse is unaccpetable. Tell her to start to go to alanon, it is free and confindential, she will learn all about the disease and her situation, she will learn a better way to live.  |

That's a veysad place to be. I don't personnaly believe in staring a relationship befoer you end the first one it's called cheating! But i do knnow alot about alcoholisim it destroys families very quickly. All I can suggest is Alanon. It helps friend and family members they have an 800 # or just go to www. Alanon.org they will be able to help you and your friend... Old Lady  |

he will never go to A.A he just said the other day 'YA HAVETO wannna quit and I dont wont to...... So for this other new relationship doesnt look like it's going to well either.....she did dig up something...I totally agree with *Presephone*Thank you for all of your comments maybe tomorrow I will let her see this herself and thank you Gail for the info I will surely look it up.Old LADY__CORRECTLAMINDO.....she should have never went that route it's cheating. |
