Ghost or angel? When I opened my eyes, there was a lady standing at the end of my bed, turned towards my left. Although she was facing my wall, her blonde hair and her dress were blowing back. She was wearing a white dress but I remember it being embroidered with lace, almost like the 1800's style. She had her eyes closed and a smile at her lips. Even though I was young, I was not scared. I felt kind of peaceful. I closed my eyes and seconds later when I opened them again, she was gone. My mom told me I had probably been dreaming, but I am positive to this day that I was not. I think she was a guardian angel. Soon afterwards, my parents divorced. Maybe she helped me through. How it changed my life: When my mom told us that she & my dad were divorcing, my reaction was, "Good, you guys fight all the time." Keep in mind I was only in like 4th grade. Maybe she helped me deal & showed me why this disaster(in a child's mind) was ok.
