How old is she? I would suggest putting her back in diapers for a time..and gradually starting again..she just isnt ready to give up that part of her babyhood yet...My daughter went through the same thing..I had her all potty trained and she suddenly started messing in her panties and peeing herself regularly..I just put her diapers back on and started over again in a couple months when she was ready. |

hello, my parents had this trouble with my sister. Do you happen to have a child younger than her that is still in diapers?
Anyways, here is what they did, they made a chart, somehwat like a chore chart. and each time she went to the bathroom ON THE TOILET she got a star. After 5 stars she got a little bag of penny candy, after 10 she got a new coloring book and crayons, after 15 she got something else, and it went on until she forgot about the chart and never wet her pants again. |

oh and she was a little over a year old at the time. My mothers rule was that if she walked she could use the bathroom. it is never too young to train. |

I read in your profile that our daughter is 2 years of age, In my personal opinion it is time to stand ground, it is possible, Dont put her back in diapers. Sometimes it works to wait util they are ready, but sometimes not. My aunt didn't even try to toilet train my cousin. just waited until he was ready finally it was time for kindergarten, and it was a pain in the neck. I believe (as a psychology major) positive reinforcement is best. |

Maybe she is just trying to get your attention, sometimes kids do that. My son wet his bed a couple of times after he had long been potty trained but I think that the reason that he did it is because his younger sister had just started potty training and he just wanted some of her attention. |

Thanks for all of your replies. Today only once. I think maybe she has an infection or something so I am going to take her to the dr. and get it checked out. But I am not going to put her back in diapers. I made my mind up when I used her last diaper there would be no more of those on her. I feel that if I was to put a diaper back on her then it will just confuse her more. I have started giving her little potty treats again(tic tacs) so we have started the "potty training" again. She turned 2 in March. |

She's only 2 and potty trained!! My daughter is 4 and we just started leaving the house this month without a diaper!! She gave me the hardest time ever. I would put her underwear on her and 2 seconds later....can I take these off now, can I take these off now.....lol. Once she got the hang of it and saw that mommy was through changing diapers she did really well. We have to put a diaper on her at night only now b/c she still gets up very wet in the morning. I read somewhere that this can happen, you have them all potty trained and then they backslide for one reason or another. Have patience and feel lucky I can't believe you had her trained at 2!! I thought mine would be going off to college still wearing them! LOL |

hi, my only suggestion is: put her in the prettiest panties you can find, my mother did this with me and I never wanted to mess them up because they were pretty lol |
