I understand how you feel b/c I feel that way too. It's hard to deal with..I was really down on myself like a year and half ago after I got my hair cut real short. I just cried b/c I thought I was so ugly..and people have said some negative things to me that are upsetting..you can end up dwelling on those negative things. I think about the positive things that people have said to me..focus on that stuff. Your true beauty is inside let it out and your outer beauty will show. :) I do admit I have very low self confidence as well. I have been there many times myself for one reason or the other. You can try this..make a list of affirmations and say them to yourself everyday, several times a day for quite a while..reprogram your sub conscience. Write things down like: I am a good person, I am beautiful, I have a good heart, etc. whatever you think is appropriate..it does help. Hugs,  |

I´m sure you are not ugly at all, and you are a beautiful perosn, and also, you are beautiful for God, He is your Creator, and will always love you!!!!!!!!! ve a really low self asteem too...A lot of people used to make fun of me all the time...like for 2 years straight my nick-name was Piggy or pig or lil' miss piggy...all I ever think anymore is ohw ugly I am, and how fat I am...nobody knows what all the pig stuff did to me..i dont even think that I know, but people are finally starting to lighten up on it, and then when they are talking to me..they ask me why I have such low self esteem, and I say it is cause of you and I walk away. most of them dont even care that they have made my life *really bad* but they have. I have ound myself some friends that are helping me with my self esteem problem whether they know it or not. so find yourself some friends...some GOOD friends that is, and it might help a lil bit. and im sure you arn't ugly at all! good luck *hugz* ~*~Superficial Sister*~*  |

You should feel happy that you are alive and are able to function well.. why do you even care about how you dress, or what you look like? 'It is not but what you look like, but the content of your charactor that matters' i love that re-done version of that quote, you have friends do you not? If you do, thats great go out and be happy, forget about everything else.. just have fun, if you dont, go out and join clubs, or sports.. but remember to have fun.
